Dear friends of Galleri Lofoten,

Spring has arrived in Lofoten, bringing longer days, fresh inspiration, and exciting new exhibitions at Galleri Lofoten. We are delighted to open our doors with a carefully curated selection of works that highlight both historical and contemporary artistry.

This season, we are proud to present:

Watercolors by Lars Lerin – Known for his atmospheric and expressive works, Lerin captures landscapes and moments with a unique blend of light and depth.

A selection of paintings by Jonny Andvik – Andvik’s work continues to impress with its attention to detail and masterful use of color.

Masterpieces by Otto Sinding, Adelsteen Normann, and Gunnar Berg – These renowned artists played a significant role in shaping the visual heritage of Northern Norway, and their works remain as powerful today as ever.

In addition to our exhibitions, our souvenir shop has been updated with a range of new items. Visitors can now find a wide selection of Lars Lerin posters and postcards, perfect for bringing a piece of his artistry home. We have also expanded our collection to include new hats from Bringe of Norway, known for their quality and Nordic design, as well as Hardanger cutlery, a traditional Norwegian craft that adds timeless elegance to any home.
